Throughout this retreat we’ll use yoga and meditation as tools to help you to calm and focus your mind so that it is easier to hear and feel your intuitive guidance.
You’ll spend the afternoons on your own or with new friends, exploring what Asheville has to offer and noticing what feels great and what doesn’t.
Then, each evening, we’ll work on healing our relationship with food and nutrition by coming together to prepare and share a meal. Having fun and getting creative in the kitchen will give you a sense of confidence and ownership over your own health that you can take with you when you leave.
